ReplyDeleteThe entire lineup sounds really good, really want to try dishes from St Crispin and Albert Food & Wine :)
I was lucky enough to experience the Paris to Provence festival a few years back and I still remember the Cafe Vue's duck pie I tried there! If you do go I definitely recommend you try out the pie as it was simply divine and to this day I can still remember it! I'm really looking forward to seeing demonstrations from Philippe Mouchel as I'm a huge fan of his restaurant PM24 but more than that I'm so excited for the French cuisine that will be awaiting.
ReplyDeleteMy cousin and his wife can use these as dates. They have a little toddler and I know while itty bitty is super adorable, the parents can use a day out. Lol!

Oh my gosh! My Mum would die of happiness to attend Paris to Provence! She lives in Auckland where there are no such festivals and her love of all things French is insane. She's hoping I'll marry a French man so she'll have half French grandchildren. See?! And the day the festival starts, November 22nd, is her birthday! This would make one crazy lady very, very happy.
